hello again people.. i hope all are doing fine!! to update you on my upcoming cd, "rock n roll dance party".. the songs are now in the final mix stage and the artwork has been put in motion by the one and only..
arseen machine.. who is one of the truly great artists out there who's destined for big things!! the music is really fun and upbeat!! feet will be a dancing from the opening beats!! each song starts out with a really hot drum beat.. that's all i'm gonna say for now!! stay tuned... peace!!

hello again.. i hope everyone has had a really cool summer!! to update you on my new cd, "rock n roll dance party".. i am almost done recording.. which means it should be out by the end of october. the songs are all really hot, uptempo songs!! i have been having a ball recording them.. you will never stop dancing once you hear this cd!!

"rock n roll dance party".. i am finishing up a really cool
elvis type of song called: "i need some love".. it's a very
catchy tune!! as for the cd itself, i have 3 more songs
to record.. then it's mixing and mastering time!!
if things go according to plan, the cd will be out sometime in late september!! i know you all can't wait
for the "rock n roll dance party" to start!! beleive me,
you will never stop dancing when this party starts!!

hello again.. i hope the summer is treating you well!!
i am recording a new cd which will be called:
"rock n roll dance party".. the songs are all fun, party
songs.. influenced by classic artists like:
buddy holly..elvis.. early beatles..etc..
of course they all have that Louis Valore touch
you all love so much!! lol!! here's the titles of the
songs as of july 11th.. (there will be at least 5 more
recorded in the next week or so).
"when you're feeling blue".. a super uptempo late 1950's
style song that is loads of fun!!
"something divine".. a late 50's/early 60's style song
that has some interesting effects..
"nothing i would rather do".. a real 60's style
rocker ala roy orbison.. you can also hear some
tom petty/bruce springsteen roots in this one!!
"sunshine and bikinis".. a real fun, early 60's style
song.. did someone say beach boys?? lol!!
the songs all rock and will have you dancing like mad!!
i will update you on the next batch of songs as soon
as they are in the can!! (not the garbage can!! lol!!)

hello everyone.. i hope you are all enjoying the two new songs i posted this year, "caught you looking" and "love is blind"..i am truly humbled by the truly positive reaction to these songs..(too bad nobody's buying them!! lol!!).. also.. for those of you who think i might have gone "soft" with these tunes compared
to songs like: "setting sail"..
"living in a dream".. "for this man"..etc..etc.. i will be recording some brand new music in the next couple of weeks and these songs will be.. KICKASS songs!! and that's because of one of the coolest people on this planet.. STEVE LENKOWSKY!!.. who, totally out of the blue, gave me a 12 string rickenbacker guitar..(the holy grail of guitars for beatle freaks!!).. and a beautiful 6 string ovation acoustic/electric guitar!! unbeleivable!! these guitars will be all over the new music!! STEVE LENKOWSKY for president!! lol!! oh well..

hello everyone out there in louis valore land.. i just wanted to let you all know that i have just finished recording 2 new songs!!
one is called: "love is blind".. which is an acoustic early 60's style song.. you know, first love is forever and true love is always true.. blah..blah..blah..!! lol!! it's written in that great early 60's style of innocence ala lennon-mccartney..simple words.. beautiful melody..
the second one is called: "caught you looking"..
which is an acoustic electric potboiler of a tune.. which means you will instantly want to dance and sing along with this really catchy new tune!! there's a cool big band style bass lick at the end wailing out with the guitars..vocals and a few other surprises!! these songs will be up sometime this week!! happy holidays to one and all..p.s a louis valore cd will make a great present for all your loved ones this year, so please buy a few hundred of them!! lol!!

i realize that artists view things a little differently than "normal" people..

hello everyone.. i just wanted to update everyone on the make music new york festival that i will be performing at on saturday, june 21st. in new york city.. i am slated to do 3 different slots,
so please take note of the times and locations.
at 1:00 pm i will be at:
coleman square playground, monroe @ market steets.
this is on the lower east side in manhatten..
at 3:00 pm i will be at:
greene street and east 8th street in greenwich village, manhatten.
and finally at 6:00 pm i will be at: boing boing.. 204 6th ave, park slope.. BROOKLYN.

hello again.. i hope everyone is doing fine.. i have been doing a bunch of acoustic shows in the new york city area.. i am really having a ball playing these songs!! they are mostly original, with a beatles tune or two thrown in..(you gotta hear "honey don't"!!).. the songs are all pretty simple lyrically speaking..(maybe because i am simpleminded!! lol!!).. they speak of a time when true love was always true.. when first love was forever..or at least that's how it seemed!! the songs are really quite beautiful!! i keep threatening to record them and put out a cd, but i have to raise the money.. you think it's all fun and games being an indie artist?? lol!! i welcome donations from rich playboy bunnies who are interested in adopting musicians!! lol!! a booking agent who can really get things going would also be nice!! that's about it for now!! peace!!

hello again.. i hope everyone is doing well..(and buying plenty of Louis Valore cd's!! lol!!).. i just wanted everyone to know that i have been working on two new cd projects..
one will consist of my normal (normal?? lol!!) electronic "pop"n"roll" stuff.. you can hear two of the songs right here on the website in the music section.. "how can i beleive" and "living in a dream".. the other songs at the moment are as follows: "love told me no"..
a sad synth. oriented song about losing in love..
"dead words".. a really cool angry song about lies from the past haunting the present.. " hey pretty girl".. a really upbeat dance/pop song.. "one day soon".. a really beautiful love song done with a nice angelic choral effect.. "united we roll".. a really upbeat patriotic rocker.. "a dog's life".. which is kind of a childrens song that i wrote for my little neice and nephew.. and "driving down the road".. a real upbeat cruising down the highway type rock n roll song.. if things go according to plan, the cd should be out early april 2008!! the other project will be an acoustic cd which is really my live acoustic set.. people really seem to like these songs (why, i don't know!! lol!!) when i do an acoustic show.. this should be out around the same time.. i will keep you posted!!

hello everyone living on beautiful planet earth.. i just wanted to wish you all a happy thanksgiving, which is a major holiday in the united states.. no matter who we are and what we do, there's always something that we can find to be thankful for..
i am thankful to all of you for helping me do what i do.. whatever the hell it is that i do!! we can all thank God for giving us such a beautiful planet to live on.. i just wish that we were doing a better job of taking care of it!! if anybody out there needs some music for a good cause, just drop me a line.. i heard my music went over really great at the animal planet fundraiser november 9th..
i just wish that the people liked it as much as the animals!! lol!!

" i'm in love with you ".. sort of a combination of an early beatles/buddy holly type song..
" when the sun goes down ".. a beautiful, haunting type ballad.. (it's haunting me far too much!! lol!!) ..
" why must i wait ?? "..
this is a song that i have had hanging around forever..
it's kind of a mix between the early beatles and 1950's.. " i wanna know ".. this is another song that you can hear on this site in the music section, except i will be using an acoustic guitar only live..
i am also gonna attempt to cover the beatles classic, "help ".. notice that i said "attempt".. lol!!
i always loved both the words and the melody to this song.. i will do it much slower than the beatles version.. hey paul, i can use some help with the high notes!! lol!! if all goes well, i am considering recording a bunch of these songs.. in other words, if someone wants to pay for the recordings, please drop me a line!! lol!!
