this is one of my favorites!! it kind of wrote itself, as all good songs do!! was fooling around again on my korg triton synth.. and this beautiful descending riff appeared!! i just let it take me along for the ride!! the middle reminds me of the later john lennon beatle stuff, yet with my own sound!!(don't ask me exactly what that is, cause i don't know!!!)
the synth. riff at the end came out right on the spot!! took the song to another dimension!!(far out man!!lol!!) there's alot of nice stuff going on here.. the bass is double-tracked..using both a rickenbacker bass guitar and a korg triton synth.
there's no guitar on the song!! the guitar riff that plays thruout is actually a synth.. the vocals are also double-tracked.. all in all, this one has it's own sound!! as far as what it is about..(what is it about??lol!!).. it's that magic moment when two strangers in the night lock eyes for the first time.. and it seems like they have known each other forever.. when two soulmates just happen to "accidentally" run into to each other for the first time..
