i've got to admit that this song is one of my favorites.. it's one of those songs that just came out..
it's actually a 1950's style chordpattern.. C.. Am..F..G.. for all you musicians out there!! but i was playing it on a korg triton synth.. which gives it it's electronica type feel.. as usual.. everything was done in one take.. nice effect on the guitar.. used a line-6 guitar pod.
also..if you notice, the bass is pretty minimal.. i kinda let the bass drum be the bass in this song.. as far as what it's about..(what is it about?? lol!!).. it's basically a love song with spiritual implications.. we all want to beleive in something..yet many times our hopes and dreams are met with disappointment and sadness.. yet inside all of us is that certain something that beleives that in the end, everything will work out..
is that deep enough for you brothers and sisters?? lol!! after all..we find ourselves living on a ball that's spinning around in space... with food..air.. water.. everything we just happen to need for life to exist.. and they say that it all just happened by itself!! i guess if people can beleive that one... then i can beleive that "how can i beleive" is a future number one song!! so lets go record companies.. as of january 1st. 2007.. this song is ready to roll!! are you ready to rock??
